Adventure coaching · Fort Lauderdale and online

Fitness is one of four.

I train people for the adventure that never gets booked: the race, the ride, the relay, the first wave. Body, fuel, mind and logistics, plus people to do it with.

  • Physical
  • Nutrition
  • Mental
  • Logistics

They'd never ridden gravel. Then they beat their coach at the Salida 76.

Is this you?

  1. You're fit. You just don't have anyone who wants to do the real thing with you.
  2. The same adventure has been on your someday list for years, and the cost keeps it there.
  3. Nobody in your circle has done it, so nobody can show you how.

I've been the first one. Here's how I get people from "someday" to the start line.

Wanting to gois easy.Committingis hard.

Most people don't skip the adventure because they can't do it. They skip it because nobody picked a date, nobody wants to go with them, the gear list looks expensive, and there's no one to ask.

So they train at the gym and call it ready. Then the day shows up and fitness turns out to be the easy part. Fail to prepare, prepare to fail.

It doesn't have to cost a fortune or take a pro. It takes all four.

The 4 in the name

Most coaches train one. I train all four.

01

Physical

Strength, endurance, balance and mobility, built for your event. Not a template.

02

Nutrition

What to eat in training and on the day. Energy now, longevity as the bonus.

03

Mental

Mindset, discipline, focus and breathwork. Plus the spiritual side of doing hard things.

04

Logistics

Gear, travel, places and people. Sorted before you go, and kept affordable.

How it works

Pick. Train. Go.

IndividualsGuided or Embedded

Your adventure, finally on the calendar.

  1. Pick

We choose the adventure you'd never book yourself, and put a date on it.

  2. Train

A plan across all four pillars, built for your body and your schedule.

  3. Go

I handle the logistics. You show up ready to rock and roll.

Proof · Salida 76, Colorado

They'd never ridden gravel. They beat my time.

Ethan is a mountain bike athlete and coach in Colorado. They had never ridden road or gravel. We trained together for the Salida 76, and we rode it together.

On race day in September 2025, they rode my borrowed bike, finished in under six hours, and beat me. They still ride gravel today, along with mountain biking and snowboarding.

Why this exists

I couldn't find it in South Florida. So I built it.

Run clubs, Hyrox gyms, marathon groups. Fitness community is everywhere now. But people who train like athletes and put the adventure first? I had to go to Utah and Colorado to find them.

So I started training my friends, family and coworkers for things they'd never done, and doing them together. Every plan I write comes from an adventure I've done myself. Every quarter I do at least one more, with a client or on my own.

The network

You get me. And you get who I know.

I'm not the expert in everything. When it's outside my lane, I connect you with people who are: surf coaches, bike shops, nutritionists, athletes who've done your event.

Before you start

What people ask me first.

I'm already fit. Why would I need a coach?

Because fitness is one of four. The day goes wrong on fuel, nerves, gear and logistics far more often than on legs. And you'll finally have someone to do it with.

I can't do $500 a month right now.

Start with a monthly group day in Fort Lauderdale. They're free for now, and you'll meet the crew. Apply when you're ready.

The trip sounds expensive.

I help you pick an adventure that fits your budget, and my network helps with gear, rides and places to stay.

I don't have the gear.

You don't need to buy it all. Ethan raced the Salida 76 on my bike.

What if I lose motivation?

You won't be doing it alone. The Mental pillar and regular check-ins mean someone is expecting you.

I don't live in South Florida.

Guided is fully remote. Embedded works in Fort Lauderdale, or wherever we're in the same place.

What happens after I apply?

I read every application myself and reply within 48 hours. If it's a fit, we set up a call. Applying is free, and I coach 15 people at a time.
